Tasmanian Redline Coaches Pty Ltd is committed to providing a service to people with a disability consistent with the objects and requirements of the DDA and Transport standards.
For persons with a disability requiring wheelchair access on our main road services between Smithton, Burnie, Devonport, Launceston and Hobart as with all passengers, a booking is required. To ensure that a wheelchair lift bus is allocated these bookings should be made 48 hours in advance.
Older passengers or passengers with a disability who require assistance in boarding and seating please see the counter supervisor at check-in.
Our commuter services between Deloraine and Launceston and between Dodges Ferry and Hobart both operate with low floor ramp access vehicles on all services.
