CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
1.
Tasmanian Redline Coaches Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the
Company) is not a common carrier, and reserves the right to accept or refuse
articles for freight in its sole discretion.
2.
All freight will be transported on the next available service.
3.
The Company its servants or agents will under no circumstances be responsible for any loss whatever occasioned to freight
partly or wholly as a result of it not being properly protected by packing.
4.
The Company will not be liable for any loss of market, nor for any
indirect or special damages in respect of freight lost, injured or delayed.
5.
Notwithstanding any other term hereof the Company its servants or
agents will under no circumstances be responsible for loss in respect of any
freight which, is, in part or whole, consists is fragile, contains any
electronic components, gold, silver, writings, title deeds, paintings,
engravings, pictures, bills of exchange, promissory notes, bank notes or other
securities for the payment of money, stamps, furs, or of a perishable nature,
unless at the time of lodgement thereof the nature of such freight is declared
and an amount equal to double the basic freight rate is paid or agreed to be
paid by the consignor and accepted by the company.

Under no circumstances will the Company its servants or agents be
responsible for any loss whatever occasioned to freight valued in excess of
twenty dollars ($20.00) or part thereof unless the value of the freight is
declared at the time of lodgement and additional freight is paid at the rate of
one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per one hundred dollars ($100.00) of value.
7.
The Company relies upon the representations of the consignor for the
purposes of determining whether to accept freight consigned.
8.
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted within twenty one (21)
days of shipment.
